Documents Translation Services

         The Investor Club Association offers documents translation services for both promoted and non-promoted companies as follows :  

1. Translation of documents related to investment promotion such as BOI’s promoted certificate,BOI Letters and Announcements,documents related to
    applications for investment promotion,official letters of application approvals, application  letters for amending production capacities,or documents
    withmachinery lists, etc.

2. Official documents related to individual or personal issues, such as birth certificates, house registration document, identification card, notary documents
    related to marital status, place of birth, marriage certificates, certificate of divorce, change of given name or family name, work permit, passport or travel
    documents, driving license, etc.

3. Translation of academic documents such as academic reports, degrees, certificates, and diplomas.

Remark:

1. Completion of translation work depends on volume of work  and based on average period of 5 working days.

2. For urgent work, the IC will charge double the normal rate if required within 24 hours; and if required within 12 hours, the rate will be three times the normal rate.

3. In the event that the words on the last page of translation exceeds 1/3 for a normal full page, i.e. 130 words, that page will charged as a full page.

4. In the event that the customer cancels the translation work in  process, after the work has been agreed upon, there will be a charge based on the amount of
   work already completed up to cancellation. In the event that more than half of the translation work has been completed, the customer will be charged the full rate

5. The rates referred to excludes VAT

6. The translation rates may be adjusted based on the level of complexity of the translation work as the density of the text per page.

7. In the event that IC is requested to mail the completed translation work to the customer.  an extra charge of Bht. 50 will be added each time.

8. The IC has received special waiver for withholding tax in accordance to Revenue Office Announcement  ทป. 101/2544 article  12/1(2)

Payment and Collection process

1. Payments by bank transfer  (Bill payment) through direct payment forms for the account of The Investor Club Association or สมาคมสโมสรนักลงทุน”  
   
which would be subject to additional surcharges. Upon completion of transfer, please send evidence of transfer  to IC fax no: 02-9361441-2  or

after which IC would deliver thee work as well as issue a receipt for payment.

2. Payment by cash can be made directly to the accounting and finance  department at IC. On receiving the receipt for payment, please go to the Investor
    Services Section to pickup the translation work.

Interpreter

        The IC also offers translators who are experienced equivalent to native speakers in various languages  to perform various services as required by members to carry out their businesses
